📱 How to Charge Them on Ivy Pay (Click-by-Click)

Step 1: Open the App

• Open the Ivy Pay app on your mobile phone.

Step 2: Add the Supervisee as a Client

• Tap on Clients and select Add Client (+ symbol).

• Type in their Name and their Mobile Phone Number.

• Save it.

Step 3: Create the Charge

• Tap on that client's name and select Charge.

• Type in the dollar amount for your group supervision or the initial deposit to hold the spot.

• Select the payment type (e.g., standard session/deposit fee).

Step 4: Send the Text Link

• Tap Send Invite or Charge via Text.

• Ivy Pay will immediately send a secure, private text message directly to their phone with a link.
