The Setting: 2 days and 1 night of quiet, woodsy restoration at Tao Life Cafe & Retreat Center. Private bedroom and bathroom.
The Nourishment: 4 full meals (2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast) featuring wholesome meals designed to replenish and renew.
The Education: Earn 6 CEUs (including 2.0 hours Ethics and 4.0 hours Cultural Responsiveness) in a supportive, restorative environment.

You won't find heat-treated, preservative-heavy "shelf" food here. Everything is fresh, perishable, and made from the limited ingredients the earth provides. By building a relationship with where our food comes from and how it makes our bodies feel, we can truly begin to heal.
